Be very careful if you buy material from Milner Off Road Ltd, I have a dispute with them (at the moment they turn a deaf ear) in which they have sent me material (which they sell as genuine Toyota) and which is not, besides being of very poor quality ... we talked about upper and lower suspension arms for the HDJ 100 ... before they were sold genuine (which was when I bought them and they assured me by email that they were genuine ... I have the full email) now they do not sell them originals but before Yes. They have admitted (I have long and extensive email) that they sold me genuine material but that was not the case ... sorry ... the only thing they offer me are some damn replacement polyurethane bushes which I do not accept. I want my genuine material (upper and lower arms) that's why I paid for it but they ignore the problem because they are NOT in warranty ... you trust these companies but when there are problems (after Km) they do not accept the scam that They are doing, who was going to imagine that the material they sold me was not genuine when they assured me by email after asking the question directly?I bought the material in May 2017 to give you an idea of the time it has been mounted and with only 21,000 km.So far this company was a reference of genuine Toyota material, also clearly specify whether it is or not .. but now they have lost all the credibility they had with me, I am totally disappointed with their behavior, this should not happen and they have to rectify.I have spent a lot of money in solving the problem that MilnerOffRoad has generated and the most disappointing thing is that they admit what has happened but refuse to send me the genuine material or give me back the money, it is unacceptable.I will publish everything I can in social networks and other media so that everyone knows what is exposed, if you think that this should reach more people, forward it.-------------------------------------I reply from here since I can not add new answers to MilnerOffRoad.-------------------------------------Sorry but that is NOT true, when I placed the order was GENUINE material, the query was made just after when looking at your website and did not appear as genuine and made me suspect and unfortunately you have given me the right .. you are not telling the truth. Soon I have to take (again) the car to the mechanic and we will review the inferior ones in addition to contrast with Toyota if they really are genuine or not ... I think that again I will take another bad surprise.I had a lot of confidence with you and I only hope that you are up to a serious and responsible company.If I say a lie, there is no problem, defend it but as I am telling the truth I have nothing to hide. The order I did and I paid on 04/19/2017 where it appeared that the material was genuine ... after a few days browsing your website I discovered that it did not appear and I asked you to be calm ... that was the 11th / 05/2017, initially you said no but I went to ask with the order number 196001 and then you confirmed that if it was genuine .. if I had known I had opened a dispute with Paypal to NOT accept the material .. as you will see, this is what happened, you can accept or not .. that's your thing, do not tell me things that are a lie .. you can do all the checks you want.
Young lady was really helpful, and checked every possibility in order to sell me the correct part ,very thorough indeed
So far Milner have managed to deliver what I want and off the shelf. And I've been going for Decades.. ... Wish they were a little closer.Staff very friendly and very knowledgeableI would recommend a telephone call first though... Better safe than sorry.All I can say to them is, THANK YOU & Keep up the good work.
