We have stayed here twice and will be going again very good value i think the two 7 yr olds kept the owners on their toes we then fetched the whole family for the 2nd stay it was a lovely summers night and we had drinks and snacks in the garden made very welcome and caroline and her husband went out of their way to show the kids around the stables and she did a lovely little touch at breakfast by giving them her own childrens cutlery to use ...warm nice people lots to do and relax .

We got a room outside which was nice, clean, big and bright.. loved it as soon as we walked in the room, experienced the real 'English' hospitality, sat in the dining room at breakfast time such a real experienced to me.. the warmest welcome from the host Carolin made me want to come back again. Its a very recommended place to stay if you want to spend sometimes in Darly Dale area.

We visited the other day and had the most amazing time with horse and carriage!The trip took over an hour, through beautiful countryside. The owners gave us good insite to the local areas past and present. It was really interesting to see how places had changed. The horses were very well behaved and very elegant!Two adults and two children did the trip....I would highly recommend. It's an experience we will never forget :)
