Visited the centre not the park. The function was in the lovely old ballroom upstairs (accessible by lift). A lovely space, not huge but very pleasant.
A great park where the children can enjoy the space and play areas in safety. A well equipped park.
Really enjoyed tonight, much better than previous years, stalls more spread out. A drink of any kind was not price shock. A thourably enjoyable night. Loved it
We live a stone's throw from whitworth park so I use it a lot for walking my dog. It's a beautiful place to meander around , wide paths for joggers and bike riders , a natural pond where wildlife is in abundance and a skateboard area for the more daring . Even in winter its a charming park to visit. The tearooms and terrace are worth dropping into for lunch or just to sit outside with a cuppa and watch the world go by.
